With the same configuration as above, but just one foot apart, try to bounce the ball off the angle of the inner side of the outer puck to bounce-through the gap between the central and outer pucks. Then, from wherever the ball comes to rest rebound the ball off the inner side of the inner puck to bounce-through the line of the inner and central pucks. Tips: A 45° angle is the perfect rebound every time for this drill and unlike the Star Challenge there is no end to how many bounce-through’s you can achieve, so try and break your record every time. Benefits: This drill breeds confidence and trust in your stroke and gives you easily measurable feedback as to how accurate you have been. If you’re struggling get back to using the Outer Puck as a rebound tool until you are comfortable with your stroke.
