Place your three pucks in a line, two feet apart with the Outer Puck on the left, Central Puck in the middle and Inner Puck on the right. Starting from as far right as you can hit between the Inner Puck and Central Puck so that your next putt can pass between the Outer Puck and Central Puck. You need to hit each putt as close as you can to the Central Puck without hitting it. Mathematically the most pass-through’s you can possibly achieve is 13, but get past 10 and you know there’s not a lot wrong with either your pace or line. Tips: The further you hit your putts through the line the more pass-through’s you can theoretically achieve, but when they are longer there is more chance of error, so set the right challenge for your skill level. Benefits: Like any putt you need the right blend of pace and line to succeed and this drill breeds the ideal mix. Set yourself a time challenge for added difficulty and this will also ensure you don’t spend too long over your putts worrying about technique.
